The victims were returning from teaching young children how to brush and floss their teeth at the Chapel Hill Public Library when gun shots were fired and three students were murdered. The victims included Deah Barakat, a recent graduate of North Carolina State University, his wiffe, Yusor Abu-Salha, and her sister, Razan Abu-Salha, also students at NCSU.

Craig Stephen Hicks, 46,  a full-time legal studies student at NCSU,  was charged with three accounts of first degree murder Monday. The argument was allegedly sparked over a parking spot, the New York Times reports.
